Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FurMist order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shopfurmist.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used grooming products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders with missing packaging or parts

  • Items returned without prior approval

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
